All data is processed and stored securely and data will not be kept longer than necessary and will be disposed of in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. You have the right to discuss what information you choose to disclose and to change any information you have provided us.
Information that you disclose within counselling sessions is confidential. Examples of the exceptional circumstances when information would be shared to the relevant authorities are:
-where disclosure is made at your request or with your consent
-where we are legally required to do so
-where we believe that another person is at risk of harm
-where we believe you are at risk of harm
-as part of regular supervision, which I undertake to ensure continued good practice
