Affinity Counselling

My services

Person-centred counselling

We all experience difficulties in our life, don't we? Relationship struggles, problems at work, and family issues, to name a few. Sometimes these difficulties consume us and are all we can think about.

Together we can explore those difficulties and find a way to navigate through them in a space where you can feel heard, listened to and understood with compassion and empathy and without judgement.

I offer sessions face-to-face, in a private, comfortable room, or if you prefer, your session can take place online or over the telephone.

How it works

I am a person-centred practitioner, which means we will work together in a non-directive way to help you to understand your experiences, relationships and feelings in a way that enables you to move towards therapeutic change. Each session will be unique to you and your needs.

Session costs are £55.00 per 1 hour session.
